At Shades by Shellz, we want your shopping experience to be simple and enjoyable. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle returns for orders placed through Shadesbyshellz.org.

Shipping

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During sales, promotions, product launches, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Shades by Shellz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize that you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the package to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. You may also contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the damaged package and items so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements below.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, when applicable.

• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or use.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and/or safety reasons, items are not be eligible for return once opened.

Exchanges

Only damaged items are eligible for exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable

Do not send the item back until we provide return instructions.

If we determine that the issue was our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because orders may enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order has been processed or shipped.
