To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used makeup products are not returnable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it through the Contact Us form on our website as soon as possible, including your order details and photos when applicable. We’ll review the issue and provide next steps.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
